Sweet Treats ::: Orange and Chocolate Brownies!
Ingredients:400g plain chocolate, broken into pieces
400g dark muscovado sugar
350g butter, plus extra for greasing the tins
6 eggs, separated
280g plain flour
2 tsp vanilla extract
zest 2 oranges
Put the egg whites into a large, clean bowl and whisk until they stand up in peaks.
1 tsp vanilla extract, and 100g icing sugar with the remaining zest.
