Which seeds are ok for winter sowing? | Chapter 2
This poppy seed is so tiny the camera can't focus on it :)
Rub your fingers together gently to drop seed into the soil. Yes, my hands are that white...
Gently press the soil down. Do not bury tiny seeds like poppies...just press them barely into the soil.
Label your rows and move on to the next one!
See how thick that outer layer is? That means this seed need to freeze and thaw multiple times to break it open. This will happen outside in your wintersown containers naturally!
Just in case you were wondering...this is what a hollyhock seed looks like :)
