Travel Hacks for Las Vegas on a Budget

We took a last "vacationbeforethebabycomes" trip to one of my (now) favorite cities - LAS VEGAS!  We of course travel on a budget (on the cheapie we like to say :), so we were all about the nickel slots and cheap eats!  Here are some of the best ways to make a dollar stretch in Vegas:

A few of my favorite sites around the city were what I called "art inspiration".  Forget the money and craziness everywhere, I was totally into the typography, the lights, the posters, the ART!  Here are a few of my favs!  These super cool letters at the cheapo casinos (by far our favorites compared to the ritzy hotels...) made me want to go to Vegas auction PRONTO.

In Circus, Circus they had these posters pasted to the support posts and I loved them!
There will definitely be a project sometime soon in our home with these...

...LOVED these lights...They were at Mandalay Bay which was by far the prettiest casino we walked through...amazing...

These old school skiball games (also in Circus Circus) were really fun!

There was a series of paintings like this in the hallway for a shuttle between hotels...I thought they were so pretty!

Now, if you are like me, the ONE thing you might splurge on while on vacation is the spa.  eating on the cheapie - YES.  Nickel Slots - YES.  Cheap massage - ummm no thanks.  Here are some tips for the spa when you use up that last dime for a facial:
